• Sweat Under Your Sleeve

Do you often work with lab equipment? Are you the type who works with a plastic overall suit, goggles and gloves. Believe me I’ve tried this before back in college and it can get very uncomfortable under the suit. Once you begin to sweat its as if it will never stop. Your skin feels soggy and icky, then you can feel your head getting wet too. This isn’t very healthy for your skin since it can’t breathe, so what to do? Here are a couple of things that might help.

    1. Wear a 100% cotton outfit, it will readily absorb the sweat, try wearing a synthetic shirt and you are done for.

    2. Don’t move too much, only do so when necessary this will make you sweat less.

    3. Try to relax, its a state of mind, think that its actually cool.

    4.  Sit if you can, standing takes extra effort.

    5. Be confident in what you are doing, if you don’t you’ll panic and you’ll know why they put large sweat beads for panicky characters on comic strips.
