I don’t have the pictures yet, but I’ll post it here soon. I really had to buy this one since I’m a touch typist and due to my work my wrists began to feel sore. I hope I don’t have the Carpal Tunnel Syndrome yet but it will probably get me when I turn 40, which is a very long way off actually.

Back then I disregarded the pain in my wrist but when I did a little research, I just realized how important office ergonomics is. It counts from the way you sit, distance from screen, height of chair, angle of arms, lot more stuff. I’ll probably make a post about ergonomics or perhaps how I setup my work area to be more ergonomic. There are already tons of articles out there about ergonomics so an office make over to make it more ergonomic would be more helpful.

Well, until I write my next post, I need to rest my hands already.

But what if I really do have that money? Here’s a couple of things I’d really want to buy for myself when I have so much:

So do you and your puppy a favor buy him a good litter box. Just a few pointers before you go out and buy one:

1. Make sure its big enough for your puppy.
2. Bright colored litter boxes are good, the color is not for your puppy its for the other people in the house so that they know is your puppy’s litter box.
3. Make sure its sturdy, this is a no brainer.

Are you the type who works with a plastic overall suit, goggles and gloves. Believe me I’ve tried this before back in college and it can get very uncomfortable under the suit. Once you begin to sweat its as if it will never stop. Your skin feels soggy and icky, then you can feel your head getting wet too. This isn’t very healthy for your skin since it can’t breathe, so what to do? Here are a couple of things that might help.

1. Wear a 100% cotton outfit, it will readily absorb the sweat, try wearing a synthetic shirt and you are done for.

2. Don’t move too much, only do so when necessary this will make you sweat less.

3. Try to relax, its a state of mind, think that its actually cool.

4.  Sit if you can, standing takes extra effort.

5. Be confident in what you are doing, if you don’t you’ll panic and you’ll know why they put large sweat beads for panicky characters on comic strips.
